Shipping policy

At Ph.Detour, we pride ourselves on fast shipping. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

We ship both within the USA and worldwide with USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on the preference you select at check out. Shipping rates are automatically calculated in order to provide you with the best rate based on the weight of your package. Insurance up to $50 is included with the USPS Priority shipping option, and insurance up to $100 with the USPS Priority Express shipping option. There is no insurance included with the USPS First Class option.  

Ph.Detour is not responsible for lost of stolen packages once the package leaves our facility. In the event of a lost or stolen package, please follow the instructions provided by USPS here.
